Every time I read the news, there seems to be something about how the dollar is at its lowest versus the Euro. I know
nothing about currencies, but I do know this: the Euro is
new and, because of that, it will take a while to stabilize.
On the other hand,
this article from the Washington Times seems to say that this is not a bad thing and proposes a rather unusual solution to the issue.
Who
knows what's right? I don't, but I do think the article gives a really
good description of what it means for currencies to fluctuate and how
it happens.
Informative at least.
