I am installing a MythTV front-end / back-end combination. I figured that it would be an ordeal, so I decided to blog the process. It is currently working, but in a duct-tape-and-band-aids sort of way.

- Chaintech SH5200 (GeForce FX 5200) w/ DVI support (fanless)
- 512 DDR 400 RAM (Corsair Value)
- 1 old 8x Creative DVD drive
- 1 old Maxtor 27GB drive for OS and boot stuff
- 4 Maxtor 300GB ATA133 drives for myth content
- 2 pcHDTV 3000 cards (running pcHDTV driver 1.6)
- i Hauppauge PVR-500 (D492) card (running ivtv 0.3.2z)
- Antec Sonata Case
- extra 120mm fan
- swapped 380W TruPower out for a SilverStone ST46F 460W supply
- Promise ATA133 I/O card
- LITE-ON SK7551 Wireless Keyboard - NO LIRC!

- NEC dual layer DVD burner
- Audio Authority 9a60 for HD output
